MyDailyCheck works with any phone that can receive a call — landlines, flip phones, rotary phones, and smartphones. No app is needed. If they can answer a phone and press a button, they're all set.

We retry after a configurable window (typically 15-30 minutes). If they still don't answer the call, we try text (or vice versa). You control the escalation rules — how many retries, how long to wait, and who gets notified. Over time, the system learns their patterns.

It's a friendly automated call personalized with their name. They hear a warm greeting, then press 1 if they're okay or 2 if they need help. For texts, they simply reply OK or HELP. Many users tell us it feels like a reassuring morning routine.

Medical alert pendants require wearing a device — and 90% of seniors don't use them because of stigma, discomfort, or they simply forget. MyDailyCheck uses the phone they already have.
